We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return: Contact us at freimanpina@gmail.com. Do not send items back without prior authorization — we will provide a return shipping label.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us immediately with photos for evaluation and resolution.

Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, custom/made-to-order items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at freimanpina@gmail.com.
